Connect with read-only access
ClubbyUp requests read-only access to the Google Forms you choose. It reads form structure and responses so you can configure an import; it does not edit your form or its responses.
You can disconnect Google at any time from ClubbyUp. Disconnecting removes the stored connection tokens and pauses future imports.

Map questions to club records
Match the form's Name, Student ID, and optional Email questions to the corresponding ClubbyUp fields. ClubbyUp saves the mapping so later responses can follow the same structure.
Keep custom event questions in Google Forms; ClubbyUp imports only the identity fields you map into attendance records. Review the mapping before activation and correct questions that do not match automatically.

Import with a traceable history
Imported responses can create or connect members, check-ins, and point records based on the configuration you approve. ClubbyUp records response identifiers and processing status to help avoid accidental duplicate imports.
If an import needs attention, officers can review its status instead of guessing which spreadsheet rows were processed.
