Club attendance tracker

Take club attendance in seconds, not after the meeting

Create a session, share a QR code, and let members check themselves in. Clubby keeps every meeting and attendance record organized for your officers.

01

How QR attendance works

An officer creates a session for the meeting and opens its QR code. Members scan the code, enter the information your club needs, and submit from their phone. They do not need to create a Clubby account.

The response appears in the session record, so leaders can see who attended without transcribing a paper sign-in sheet or cleaning a spreadsheet afterward.

  • Create a meeting session
  • Display or share the QR code
  • Members check in by phone
  • Review the final attendance list

02

Collect the right information

Different clubs need different check-in details. Add fields for an activity type, notes, class year, or another question that matters to your meeting while keeping basic identity fields consistent.

A focused form keeps the door moving quickly and preserves the information officers need later.

  • Custom form fields
  • Student ID support
  • Meeting notes
  • Mobile-friendly forms

03

Connect attendance to participation

If your club uses a participation requirement, configure a session to award points when a member checks in. Clubby connects attendance and point history to the member instead of making officers reconcile two separate lists.

Use attendance trends to compare turnout across meetings and identify members who may need a reminder before requirements are due.

  • Automatic session points
  • Member attendance history
  • Turnout trends
  • Exportable records

Spend less time fixing spreadsheets
