These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clubby. By using Clubby, you agree to these terms.
Use of Clubby
Clubby provides tools for managing clubs, members, attendance, points, and integrations. You agree to use Clubby only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your school, organization, and community policies.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Club and Student Data
You are responsible for the data you enter or import into Clubby, including member names, student IDs, emails, attendance records, and points. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to add and manage that information.
Integrations
If you connect third-party services such as Google Forms, you authorize Clubby to access the data needed to provide the integration. You are responsible for configuring integrations correctly and reviewing imported data for accuracy.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Clubby, attempt to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the service, upload harmful content, or use Clubby to violate laws or the rights of others.
Service Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Clubby at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for major changes when practical.
Disclaimers
Clubby is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all imported or generated data will be accurate. You should review important records before relying on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Clubby after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
