Student club officers often inherit a folder of disconnected forms, rosters, and spreadsheets. Attendance gets copied by hand, participation totals drift out of date, and each officer transition starts another version of the same system.

We built Clubby to turn that recurring administrative work into a straightforward meeting workflow that a student team can actually maintain.

Clubby starts with what happens at the door: a member arrives, scans a QR code, and checks in. From there, the attendance record, member history, points, and analytics stay connected.

The product is deliberately focused. It gives student leaders the operational tools they need without asking them to configure an enterprise membership platform.

Clubby is free for student clubs. Account-protected management pages are excluded from search engines, and public check-in URLs are not placed in the sitemap.
